This is an amazing safari adventure that has so many different facets that it really is a complete safari experience with each day being a new and different adventure. You are staying in fantastic owner run and managed camps that are all built using local materials, and have enough comforts to make you feel at home and safe but nothing over the top – it is very carefully done to give you a real sense of being in the bush on safari and not in a safari resort.
Bush walking between camps and from camp – game drives – night drives – photographic blinds are all part of this top safari experience.
The Southern Kafue is a wonderful place for a safari it has an incredible diversity of species and there is little chance of seeing any other safari vehicles, and all this complimented by being in owner run camps that ensures a level of hospitality and attention, that will make you quickly see why they have such a high return rate of their guests.
Added to this you have the Victoria Falls one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and the Zambezi River which is such a good place to either start or end a safari in Africa.
The Kafue National Park is a vast and diverse National Park in Western Zambia. It has only a few safari camps scattered around it so the sense of true wilderness combined with great game viewing is fantastic. The mammal and bird diversity here is staggering so there will always be something new to see each day you are on safari here. The camps we have chosen for this safari pride themselves in their quality of guiding which really helps to enhance and whole safari experience and show you all aspects of how the African bush is entwined from the small to the very large.
